Fixr assists homeowners in getting the best resources and qualified professionals for their home improvement projects. I worked on making their social media one of these sources for their consumers.

The company SolarReviews acquired Fixr around when I first started as an intern. From my intern days to working as an official social media graphic designer, I worked simultaneously on SolarReview's and Fixr's social media. On Fixr's side, I would highlight cost guides, articles, and create engaging content relating to home aspects.
Primarily, I spent most of my time designing for Instagram (stories, posts, reels, or reel covers) and reworking the Instagram feed. However, I also worked on the following social media platforms: Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. At times, the articles provided me with graphs and/or images that I would modify to use for social media.

Zodiac Animations
What Home Appliance Are You Based On Your Zodiac Sign
For this Fixr project, we wanted to do one of those "based on your zodiac" posts for our Instagram feed. Thus, another team member decided on what home appliance are you according to your zodiac sign.
Once the home appliances were selected, I was assigned to create short-loop animations of each sign. I worked on illustrating and animating each one and that they were on brand.
Women in Construction Week
Fixr created a special article recognizing women in the construction field and wanted to promote it on social media. It is important to note that the color scheme in the article changed from the typical blues to yellows and purples. So when designing the Instagram stories, I followed the article's color scheme. I created three stories regarding the article and then six other stories highlighting women they interviewed for the article.
